The team at Myntra invited Rahul to conduct experiential programs for its Leadership team and extended the same program to every employee who joined the company through its Innovative Induction program.
SOTC’s annual conference that happens in January of each year featured Rahul’s One Team One Dream program. The program was specially designed to deliver key messages, ignite passion and promote collaboration among all its employees from across the country.
The sales and operations teams of Aircel from Chennai, Kolkata and Guwahati were invited to be a part of the One Team One Dream program. Rahul’s task was to inspire the teams to take the organisation to the next level.
In one of the biggest assignments covering thousands of employees at SAP Labs, Rahul was entrusted with the responsibility to create bonding, break silos and de-stress and rejuvenate employees. In this 3 years long assignment Rahul was able to create success stories that are still remembered by many teams.
