In one of the most difficult tasks assigned by Microsoft India to Rahul, he had to interact with over 175 top partners and identify their top 10 issues and challenges in the allocated 90 minutes time. He used the powerful Green Light Thinking System to achieve incredible results, which was highly appreciated by senior leaders at Microsoft India.
Rahul was presented with a very sensitive assignment to foster collaboration and to find solutions for interpersonal conflicts among key members of a very important and newly formed team, which was responsible for the global supply chain. In an extremely powerful intervention spread across 2 days the team was able to address most of its issues and over performed in the financial year.
